(1) It seems we're both observing that offensives are possible without tactical air support, which seems counter, though, to your original post.
(2) Again, good comms, which Andrew Tanner requires, requires good IFF, which would avoid all fratricide. You point out how each side has a lot of identical equipment - If that's a significant factor, then ground forces fratriciding themselves should already be a noticeable/significant trend in Ukraine. Has it been? I don't know. I haven't heard of anything like ground forces fratriciding themselves in the news, but I also don't definitely don't have all the information.
(3) Pointing out that Andrew Tanner's idea is difficult to implement because of resistance to change is a far different claim from asserting, as you more recently did, that it has fundamental substantive flaws, which is what you originally did. There is always resistance to change. That's why I asked Andrew Tanner separately if he's getting his stuff translated into Ukrainian or tweeting it out, because that's the only way I can see that his stuff would have actual influence.
