(1) It was Gaza who attacked Israel recently, not West Bank. Israel pulled all its settlements out of Gaza as a goodwill gesture in 2005. If you want to incentivize Israel to dismantle settlements, you don't continue launching attacks from the place where they actually did so. (2) Until 100 years ago, people rarely ever traveled more than a few miles from their birthplace. So, what's wrong with that? If you choose to be a religious extremist and treat other religions as lesser citizens (how traditional Muslims treat non-Muslims, and what Palestinians still believe), then you deserve it if those other religions get the upper hand and restrict you to your birthplace and, so sad (not), now you travel as much as your ancestors did just 100 years ago. If you want freedom of movement like most modern people have, then you should disavow your old chauvinist ways and commit to peace like most modern people do. If you behave like you're in the Medieval Ages, then it's totally righteous for Jews to protect themselves by restricting the attackers to Middle Ages travel opportunities. All Israel wants is not to get attacked; that's not too much to ask.
