(1) Since this would only be done in a small area under full Israeli military/police control, so what? (2) I'm just an America, so I really don't know how Gazans perceive citizens of Israel who're Muslim Arabs. I'm proposing that the government be run by decent Muslim Arabs, and I'm assuming that many Israeli citizens who're Muslim Arabs would fit that requirement.
