All, literally all, space launch companies start with failures. Virgin Orbit had already had some in California, but also some more recent successes. Their proven track record would mean the safest bet is that they do start launching reliably successfully from England given two or three more times to iron out normal initial proving kinks. Like all space companies, the most important employees, the engineers, working for Virgin Orbit are top notch. Okay, their PR could be better, but it's probably a sign that Brandon is NOT getting himself involved too much that their PR is off, because Brandon has proven himself to be able to do good PR. So, I think you Virgin Orbit criticisms are way too harsh and holding it to a completely imaginary standard of perfection that other successful space companies in the past did not meet. But your point about England needing its own vertical launch capabilities is on point. The more options and competition, the better
