Do you deny that local Democratic governments also ban books from the public libraries they control? None of this is improper: libraries have limited resources, cannot possibly support all books, and have to choose, and have to weed out extremists outside the Overton Window. My point here is exactly the same as leftists right now pointing out that Musk has to have Twitter ban some content, and Musk is evidently realizing that himself as well. I agree with leftist criticism of Musk on Twitter. Some banning is required.

True "banning", which no one is doing, would be the gov forbidding anyone from possessing certain books anywhere even in their private homes Fahrenheit 451 style, but literally no one is doing that. Your criticism here of Republicans accusing them of "book banning" is nothing more than a hypocritical slanderous lie
