Honestly, I don't understand how Sociocracy can be compatible with TDG at all because Sociocracy is top-down, whereas TDG is bottom-up. In Sociocracy, it is the higher levels that appoint the leaders of lower levels and ultimately control the entire membership of lower levels, whereas in TDG the lower levels determine the entire membership of higher levels.
