How is being affiliated with The Federalist Society any different from leftwing judges being associated with the American Bar Association? Answer: It's not. You can't go around treating something as normal for your preferred politics but then criticizing your political opponents for doing the same thing. Both organizations recommend judge/justice candidates to the President. Literally the same thing.
