How is it abnormal not to be able to leave one's country? It's not. It's normal. You're trying to characterize something that's completely normal as somehow an abuse; you're being absurd. For most of human history, no one ever traveled more than a few miles away from where they were born ever during their entire lives. Gazans can travel freely all around Gaza (well, until October, when Israel had to counterattack to destroy Hamas); that's a normal degree of freedom. Yes, Israel is preventing Gazans from sailing away; however, in this sense, Gazans are no less free than citizens of any landlocked country whose surrounding countries don't really want to let them in or severely limit it. Tajikistan & Afghanistan are good examples.
