I am a conservative and agree that DEI is desirable. I staunchly oppose forced outcomes, though, and forcing people Orwellian-like to pretend that people can change genders and then firing them for pointing out the truth. No one should be fired for their acknowledgement of science, nor for their religious/political beliefs.
