I am Orthodox Christian and a big fan of Russian Orthodoxy. But this is a Blame the Victim mentality you're parroting here from Russian propaganda. NATO countries have a right to defend themselves, and a right to join defensive alliances like NATO. The idea that NATO is a threat to Russia is absurd and ridiculous. Worst case scenario, NATO were to offensively invade Russia and then Russia becomes a democracy like all the rest of the NATO countries. Oh so bad! Oh so terrible! Not.
