I can see how the Spolu idea is a subset of TDG, but TDG is about far more than just business governance, right?

How is my idea any different from TDGT? In TDG, wouldn't every lowest-level manager be elected by workers? If you agree on this point, then where we differ is that maybe in a TDG corporate structure managers elect the directors on the board, whereas under my worker cooperative structure workers directly elect the board?

If this is the difference, how is workers electing directors for the board any different from local citizens voting for any local government position? Workers know far more about their business than normal voters know about local politics.
