I think it's a great idea to have a structure that optionally may involve all these stakeholders, but where I feel like your vision isn't sufficient is that it doesn't articulate what is necessary versus what is optional. Must a Spolu have its suppliers as shareholders with rights to vote for the board of directors? To make it a requirement seems a bit much to me.
