If you can't take care of yourself on your own territory, then that's your own fault. When Israel pulled out in 2005, Israel left behind large greenhouses. Hamas could have used those. Instead, Gazans destroyed the greenhouses and support terrorism. If you choose not to take care of yourself in your own territory, and you choose to attack others, then you deserve what you get.
