In case you haven't noticed, Trump's approval ratings are going up the more he cuts the bureaucratic/administrative bloat and insider dealing out. In general what Trump's doing is great, and most Americans agree. Most Americans intuitively feel what is a fact: the area of America with the highest per-capita GDP is D.C. and the MD/VA counties around it because the administrative state has been sucking the American people dry like a leech.
