In law school, I learned that principles of textual interpretation come in mutually contradictory pairs. I really think this insight, and yours about Amazon's 16 values, reflect something deep about humanity, the structure of the natural world, and the limits of reasoning. I would love to learn why reality is structured like this, but I really don't know where to go to study more about why, and I think it's possible no one has actually even thought about this phenomenon of sort of innate contradictions in our ability to structure our understanding of reality.
