It seems your TDG structure does not separate governance into 3 branches: legislature, executive, judiciary. Why? Also, TDG seems to be in accord with the old way in the U.S. of selecting U.S. Senators: state legislatures chose, not the people directly like now. Do you advocate returning to state legislatures selecting U.S. Senators?
