It’s Democratic majority cities and counties in America that are the highest in gun violence and a lot of other bad things regardless of whether the state gov is mostly red or blue, which is evidence that it the Democratic Party at fault here, not the Republicans. Baltimore is in Maryland, which is usually a blue state; ditto Chicago, LA & San Fran, and NYC has violence taking again like in the 1970s-1990s after they stopped electing Republican mayors. Democrats controlled the US Congress and Presidency both for many years in recent decades, and the DC city gov is pure Democrat, and yet DC is still a third world hell hole
