It's kinda weird that you have a whole episode about democracy and focus on the fact that true democracy is actually direct, but you never mention the concept of the referendum that a lot of American states implement. It's pure direct democracy. But the Democratic Party doesn't like it because they don't trust voters to educate themselves enough.
