Your overall response seems to indicate you value two goals that seem to me very at odds with each other. (1) You seem to be suspicious of those who would control something like a trust fund, but also (2) you clearly like the idea of a universal trust fund for all humanity far more than each national government setting up its own. Who do you think would control a universal all-humanity dividend-paying public trust fund? The UN, which appoints the most abusive regimes to lead its human rights programs? I think a dividend-paying public trust for all humanity is a great idea, but not until it can be democratically governed.
