Muslim citizens of Israel have the same rights as Jewish Israeli citizens. Your "apartheid" claim is a lie. Gazans choose to make rockets rather than improve their water systems; they deserve the embargo that Israel and Egypt both put on Gazans for their terrorism as a separate state/government de facto on the ground.
