My comment had nothing to do with usefulness/laziness. Just the fact that in the Executive Branch, the branch that actually enforces the law and controls police/military forces, like 99% of the employees are Democrats.

You're reacting to something I didn't say, but it is true that many people who say what I said also say that government workers are lazy. I actually mostly agree with you: It seems to me that when people say government workers are lazy, they're thinking that the only effective way to motivate people is to put fear in them, whereas I believe that cooperatives are when workers are the most effective.
