"No, you can’t educate your kids, random uneducated person" - This is patently false. Universal education is supposed to foster an informed citizenry for all citizens even for those citizens that only completed high school, and enough of an education to maintain a sufficiently minimal level of being an informed citizen over the rest of their entire life. It is a certain fact that every citizen "should" have the knowledge required to educate any child. Whether an individual also has teaching skills is another question, but it is also a parent's sole discretion and decision whether the parent feels s/he has sufficient teaching skills.

It is the very foundational philosophy and reason d’etre of our educational system that everyone should have the level of knowledge necessary to teach all general education subjects K-12. You calling people “uneducated” is insulting and, if our education systems were working well, should be patently and disgustingly false.
