Many modern so-called "white" people do not have forefathers that reaped any benefits? What part of that do you not understand? Probably most American white people's ancestors were Northerners whose ancestors fought against slavery in the Civil War and never owned slaves and whose local areas didn't have any African Americans; do they get any credit? Do you deny that many recent immigrants are also "white"? Especially when you consider that the current definition of "white" includes Middle Easterners?
