Rings of Power: Obvious Predictions: Meteor Wizard, Halbrand is Witchking, Adar is Sauron
After watching Rings of Power S1E3, it needs some predictions because some other crazy, random predictions are floating around the Internet.
First, Meteor Man will definitely turn out to be one of the Five Wizards. Most likely Gandalf, but here’s hoping he will turn out to be one of the two Blue Wizards, Alatar or Pallando, who according to Tolkien’s lore went off into the East, which is exactly where the meteor landed, in the southeastern part of Middle Earth. Meteor Man will not turn out to be Sauron, or Tom Bombadil.
Second, Halbrand is not Sauron either. Halbrand will probably become one of the Nine Ringwraiths who we see in the Lord of the Rings, most likely the head Ringwraith, the Witch King of Angmar. The Rings of Power show seems to be setting up some romantic tension between him and Galadriel, but of course, once he starts going bad like his forefathers, that romantic tension’s going to have to stop sooner or later.
Third, during S1E3, Arondir and his elven fireteam while captive wonder what the orcs could be digging for. The answer is obviously the evil blood-sucking dark shadow sword with the Mordor mountain sigil on it that Bronwyn’s son dug out from beneath a building.
