Odds are whatever "exclusion" you're alleging (1) isn't actually exclusionary, (2) public opinion (especially among parents, who're doing the hard work of keeping humanity going as opposed to the Childless Leeches of the Left) is on the side that isn't actually exclusionary but you're defaming is, and (3) you’re the one defending actual exclusionary practices, like firing conservatives merely for dissenting, because you intolerant leftist “elites” are unable to tolerate any disagreement.
