Please explain why Russia kept Transnistria going the whole time since the 1990s and flared it up in February/March 2022 hoping to take all of Ukraine’s seacoast, especially Odessa. Russia has been doing the same thing it always has: colonizing whatever it can. All Russia's surrounding countries are justified taking whatever defensive measures, including diplomatic subterfuge that makes you so angry, they deem necessary. You seem to be asserting that Russia acted in good faith in the Minsk Accords; Evidently, Russia never acts in good faith because they will betray any previous promises, like the one made to Ukraine in the 1990s to convince Ukraine to give up nukes, in service of Russia’s continued authoritarian colonization efforts
