The same way Israel secured the pre-2005 Gaza settlements. It seems to me the bigger threat is insider threat, but it just seems unlikely to me that some terrorist is going to successfully find a way hide their intentions and get close enough to just the teacher. Maybe a Gaza terrorist might take out a roomful of Palestinian children in order to kill a teacher, but even that seems too extreme for those extremists.
