Those only deal with Greenhouse Gas Emissions. I think most voters would want to know about --all pollutants--- such as all the chemicals used in manufacturing, and the chemicals used in mining all the metals in the first place, and then the pollution as the old equipment sits in junk yards. Fully lifecycle on all pollutants, not just some as your cited studies focus on.
