How is allowing both Canadian & American provinces/states and local areas to vote on where to go any different from the creation of new countries like Kosovo, Bangladesh (in the 1970s), East Timor, or South Sudan? That's democracy, not arrogance. My comment talked about how some U.S. states might want to join Canada; you're pointing out something I already pointed out. Good job!
