Uh, yeah they did. The entire Nation of Israel did, against one of their own: the tribe of Benjamin. All the rest of the tribes stood up for what was right. They did in a way horrific to modern sensibilities by killing nearly everyone in the tribe of Benjamin who had raped the concubine.
