Using government, which necessarily means leveraging its monopoly on violence that inevitably enables its uses to blithely pretend that inefficiencies don't exist, actually undermines accomplishing all those goals. Society could actually successfully address all those goals by focusing on trying to use coercion-free (i.e., government-free) methods as much as possible.
