Women are already equal. The ERA would have the same effect as Biden's "Build Back Better" so-called "infrastructure" bill which, like so many government programs, mostly fails to have anything to do with their purported purpose but rather serve just as another means to strengthen government power wielded by government employees who're almost all Democrats and to launder taxpayer money to Democratic Party outfits like Solyndra.
