Yeah, but Trump did have any news wars start at all. Whereas Putin ramped up the invasion in 2022 under Biden. Trump evidently did a better job defending Ukraine because Putin didn't do that during Trump's presidency, and Trump did more to get weapons to Ukraine and Eastern Europe than Obama or Biden did until 2022.
