Yeah, I do think we need rules. And it's rather dismaying that people at this conference were not openly talking about how sociocracy and Holacracy do ---not--- by default allow people to choose their own leaders. But sociocracy and Holacracy have a ton of other aspects that are very good for workers, that are worth learning, and that make the default rules for those systems more just and fair than current corporate power structures.
