Yeah, Israel's blockade is a fact. It's a reasonable response to people (extremist Gazans) lobbing rockets at you (Israel), sending suicide bombers at you, and sending psycho mass killer brigades at you who bake and behead babies and rape and murder partiers at peace music festivals.
