You know that a huge proportion of loans from the EU & America to the developing world are for infrastructure too. So basically this is another example of you telling a Russian-style half truth lie. And furthermore, the CCP does not employ locals for the infrastructure projects in ways that build local skills, and the CCP takes ownership of the infrastructure if the loans aren't paid. The EU and America are no worse in these respects, and likely actually far better than the CCP
